Temporary

Temporary employees perform work at your location, under your supervision while remaining an employee of CSRI. That means no hiring cost, no firing cost, no unemployment and no workers' compensation.
Temp to Hire
You need to hire someone permanently, but you are not sure about all the intangibles that are not spelled out on a resume or can't be tested in an interview. They have a great resume but are they a fit for your company? Temp to Hire was designed for just this situation. The candidate you select stays on CSRI's payroll, for up to six months, while working for you. At the end of the agreed upon time period, they become a permanent member of your staff. If during the evaluation period you find that the candidate is not meeting your expectations, we find you someone else that will.
